Rugby Club's facilities repeatedly 'abused'
'Considerable damage' has been caused to the training ground of Western Vikings Rugby Club in Peel over the Easter weekend.
The team says the communal area, and one of their containers, was abused by people who also left 'offensive graffiti marks'.
A statement on the club's social media page says it's 'deeply saddening', and 'putting things right takes money, time, and resources' it 'doesn't necessarily have'.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the club or Peel Police Station.
'Last night we organised a work party and turned it into a training session.'
Chairman Ashley Howard told Manx Radio the club will come back stronger, but admits the damage has taken them back to 'square one':
