Poverty Select Committee says change is needed
We need to know how much it costs to live on the Isle of Man before setting benefit rates.
That's from the chairman of the Poverty Select Committee after the body published its latest report.
The group wants to see a study comparing the cost of living on Island with the UK - the last such comparison took place in 1991.
Juan Watterson says change is needed:
Isle of Man population edges upward to 84,975 as migration drives growth
More services to be temporarily relocated from Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital
Friday evening sailings subject to possible disruption or cancellation
