Covid-19 cases top 1,800 mark

10 people with the virus are in hospital

The number of active cases of Covid-19 has topped 1,800.

There are currently 1,871 cases on Island, its an increase of 122 since yesterday.

224 new cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours - they were all recorded via lateral flow testing.

10 people who have the virus are in Noble's Hospital - None are in ICU.  

Walk-in Covid-19 vaccine clinics will finish this week.

Manx Care says appointments will be needed after Friday, 25 March.

The final walk-in sessions will take place at the Chester Street vaccination hub, in Douglas, each week day as follows:

Monday 21 March: 11.30am to 6.30pm

Tuesday 22 March: 7.30am to 2.30pm

Wednesday 23 March: 10am to 2pm

Thursday 24 March: 10am to 2pm

Friday 25 March: 10am to 2pm
