Manx Care helping teach people the basics
An event this weekend hopes to give people the tools they need to feel confident to perform CPR if they ever needed to.
It's as around 70 percent of people admit not knowing how to perform it.
It's used when someone's heart stops to keep their heart pumping, and potentially save their life.
Resuscitation officers from Manx Care will be at the Strand Shopping Centre on Saturday (17 October) to teach people the basics.
Paul Brown and Laura Stewart will be on hand to help show you what you need to do.
And Laura knows first-hand how important knowing CPR is.
