Cruse IOM promises support is available for community

Volunteers working remotely

An Island charity which offers bereavement assistance to families is assuring people it’s still there for them during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cruse Bereavement Care provides confidential support to people of all ages – and has helped more than 3,500 adults, children and young people over the last three decades.

Despite its Tromode headquarters being closed all Cruse volunteers and staff are working remotely to offer their help.

Chief Executive Officer Amanda Cafearo says all volunteers are well prepared to help and provide the best assistance possible.

Telephone support is available, as well as text and other methods of bespoke support is also on hand for parents and carers of younger children.

You can call 668191, email info@cruseisleofman.org or visit the Cruse website.
