CSE does exist on Island

Parents need to be aware of risks

Child Sexual Exploitation does exist on the Island.

That message from police as they carry out a series of workshops to help educate parents of the possible dangers facing their children and how these can be recognised.

The sessions also tackle drug and alcohol abuse

PC Mike Griffiths says whilst the Island remains a safe place to live, people need to be aware of the issues their children could face as they grow up.

The next sessions take place on Tuesday (17th) at King Williams College then Wednesday 18th at Castletown Town Hall and Thursday 19th at Ballakermeen High School, all the sessions run from 6:30pm till 8:30pm
