Health bosses respond to questioning
The chief executive of the Department of Health and Social Care says it's not just cuts where the department can make savings.
Malcolm Couch was speaking after facing two-and-a-half hours of questioning on the health department's multi-million pound overspend.
He and minister Kate Beecroft were pressed on what measures were being taken to come 'in on budget' in future.
Mr Couch says they never stop looking at ways to become more efficient:
Lessons learned after snow day confusion
More than 100 firearms surrendered
Planning application to extend TT hospitality tent for new Food and Drink Festival submitted
'No tangible positives' achieved by public sector integrity line, says trade union
