It's reopening its customer counter today
Isle of Man Energy has admitted cutting its face-to-face service was not the 'right decision'.
In November 2023, the company removed the in-person helpdesk, stating it was adapting to 'the changing needs' of its customers.
However, following feedback, the customer counter is reopening today (Tuesday 16 September).
Managing Director Aidan Baglow says closing the service was a mistake:
The counter will be open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
