CWU negotiator arrives on Island ahead of strike action

No talks confirmed yet

The Communication and Workers Union says it hasn't had any communication from the Isle of Man Post Office since they announced strike action last week.

Union members are due to walk out this Thursday and Friday in a dispute over new terms and conditions of employment being introduced by the board.

CWU Deputy General Secretary Postal, Terry Pullinger is due on the Island this morning (Mon 10th)

It had been suggested last week that "intense talks" could take place ahead of the planned strike action.
