Chairnman of IOM Cycling Association joins campaign to lobby Tynwald
More needs to be done to protect vulnerable cyclists - so says the chairman of the Isle of Man Cycling Association.
Richard Fletcher is backing a new campaign lobbying Tynwald to introduce a safe passing distance of cyclists.
Safe Cycling Isle of Man was launched yesterday by the friends and family of Kate Burge - a cyclist who was killed in Kirk Michael last August.
Mr Fletcher says something needs to happen before more people are seriously injured on the roads.
