Changes made following concerns over flooding and drainage
Plans for a 166-property housing development in the north of the Island have been reduced following concerns over flooding and drainage.
Dandara originally put the proposals forward last September, but have now amended the layout, cutting the number of homes planned to 138.
It's in response to feedback from Manx Utilities and the Department of Infrastructure's Flood Management Division.
The new plans for the Lower Milntown and Auldyn River area also include changes to the surface water drainage system.
