Company denies false statement charges
Manx-based developer Dandara will appear in court early next year to face charges it made false statements about homes it built in Scotland.
This week, Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard the company is accused of three counts of misleading customers about the size of rooms in the Stoneywood development in May 2013.
The prosecution alleges the company said in a brochure an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room measured 8.64m x 5.82m, which is reportedly incorrect.
Dandara, based in the Isle of Man Business Park on Cooil Road in Douglas denies the charges.
