Programme for athletes in yrs 9 and 10
The deadline to nominate budding athletes for a spot with the Isle of Man Sport Aid Academy is looming.
The programme, which comes as a series of workshops covering everything from sport psychology to nutrition is for people in years 9 and 10 who are interested in competing in performance sport.
Isle of Sport Aid coach Trevor Christian told Manx Radio more about what the academy includes:
