Advice sought from OFT's debt service throughout the year
Debt is a problem throughout the year, not just at Christmas.
That's the message from Chief Inspector of Trading Standards John Peet.
While budgets used to be stretched furthest by the festive period, credit cards now mean it's an issue all year round
