The food minister says she's 'confident' the meat plant now has the right leadership.
In November 2022, auditors found 'extremely serious' failings there, forcing the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to get involved with its running.
Since then, new leadership has been recruited, although there have been a number of complications since the end of last year - with two batches of beef having to be recalled because of packaging issues.
