Recent questionnaire results found fewer than a third of doctors would recommend working at Manx Care
The health minister says the Department of Health and Social Care and Manx Care take the findings of a recent British Medical Association survey "seriously".
The survey found fewer than a third of doctors would recommend Manx Care as a place to work, and just 13 percent felt there was good evidence of senior leadership.
Claire Christian says she has instructed her department to carry out a detailed analysis of the results and compare them with previous years.
She says the aim is to secure "meaningful and measurable improvement":
Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital closure 'inconvenient' but 'significant issues' need to be fixed
Four local authorities looking for by-election candidates
Reinstatement of home births 'remains at top of agenda' for Manx Care
Weekend sailings at risk
