More than 10,500 households respond online or by text message
The policy and reform minister says more people using digital platforms to respond to the annual electoral canvass is saving the government money.
Chris Thomas revealed in this week's sitting of the House of Keys more 10,500 households had submitted their responses online or by text message.
As of Tuesday morning (12 March), almost 32,000 forms had been returned, leaving just over 11,000 outstanding ahead of Monday's deadline.
Following a question from Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson, Mr Thomas explained the advantages of increased digital submissions.
