Encouragement to use more online services
Government hopes getting more people online will help the population in many facets of life, while easing pressure on the public purse.
Next week (July 19), Tynwald will be asked to approve the Digital Inclusion Strategy, which covers the next five years.
As well as members of the public, the strategy aims to get more businesses and organisations using the internet, and improve everyone's skills and capabilities.
There's also an encouragement to use more online services, which government says helps save it money.
