Diving enthusiasts are having to assess their position, in view of the current unavailability of the Island's hyperbaric chamber.

The facility helps those suffering from potentially deadly decompression illness.

But it has an unspecified problem which has stopped its use at present.

John Kermode from the Isle of Man Sub Aqua Club says divers are having to make alternative arrangements.
