Boot advises against BBQs after wildfires
The environment minister is urging people to 'do the right thing' when it comes to barbecues and bonfires.
In recent weeks, there have been multiple wildfires due to the dry weather, with this April set to potentially be the driest on record.
Geoffrey Boot addressed the issues at the government's daily media briefing.
With emergency services already stretched, Mr Boot implored people not to do anything risky:
