Beaman's report found issue with structure
The chief minister says there are 'clearly a number of issues' with the department of infrastructure.
A report published by Beaman's earlier this year found a particular problem with structure.
It suggested dividing the focus into two halves; one on operating key services and the other on strategy and management.
Alfred Cannan says the new administration will look at implementing these types of changes and getting a more experienced team around the minister:
