Police say there's no threats to public safety
Armed police officers were deployed in the Douglas area yesterday (25 November) as part of 'an ongoing investigation'.
That's according to Isle of Man Constabulary which says the officers were present as a 'precautionary measure' whilst enquiries are being been carried out.
Police add these enquiries are still ongoing and that there's no threats to public safety in relation to the matter.
The constabulary is apologising to any residents who may have been inconvenienced whilst the incident was contained.
