Election material has been found which 'breaches' the Elections Act
Douglas Council is urging residents to be 'respectful' to all candidates during the election process.
The local authority says it has been informed of printed materials 'violating' the Elections Act by potentially 'discouraging or preventing' people from standing.
It's confirmed that the incident has been reported to the police and an investigation will be commenced.
