53-year-old bailed with condition not to enter shop
A Douglas man has appeared in court accused of committing fraud by false representation.
Andrew Ian Corrie, of Lakeside Road, allegedly carried out the offences in May last year and in January and February this year.
The 53-year-old reportedly changed labels on goods, and returned a number of worn items, at Marks and Spencer on Drumgold Street.
Bail was granted until his next court appearance on 18 April with the condition not to enter the retailer.
Update: Corrie pleaded guilty to three offences. He will be sentenced on 15 August.
