Offences allegedly happened on Mountain Road
A Douglas man who denies having two young children in his car without seatbelts will appear in court again next month.
Twenty-eight-year-old Paul Michael Dale Ford of Willaston Crescent appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
He’s pleaded not guilty to the alleged offences, said to have been committed on the Mountain Road on 22 August, but admitted having a dangerous or unroadworthy car.
Magistrates granted bail and Ford will appear again on 30 January.
