Case to be committed to Court of General Gaol Delivery in Novemer
A Douglas man will stand trial in the Island's higher court after denying a charge of grievous bodily harm.
33-year-old Carl Druggan of Derby Road entered not guilty pleas to unlawfully inflicting GBH and a domestic abuse offence.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case, adjourning matters to be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Mr Druggan was bailed to appear in court again on 2 November.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 2 November Mr Druggan was committed to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery - he will next appear before that court on a date to be set.
