43-year-old's case to go to Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Douglas woman has appeared in court accused of perverting the course of justice.
Joanne Fenton, of Cronk Grainagh Estate, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where she was told her case will be elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
The 43-year-old allegedly committed the offence – which centres around an ongoing house sale – on 12 June; she’s also been accused of assaulting a woman on 10 June.
Bail was granted until her next court appearance, where committal proceedings will take place, on 21 September.
