Pair accused of heroin offences
Two men accused of intending to supply heroin are due in court this morning.
Nineteen year-old Andrew Bardsley, from St Helens in Merseyside, and 18 year-old George Underwood, of no fixed abode, are charged with possessing 16 grams of the Class A drug in the Island.
It's also alleged the men had a small quantity of cannabis.
Both will appear at Douglas Courthouse before the Deputy High Bailiff.
