Russ Foster paints stark picture of violence associated with drug supply chains

Chief Constable Russ Foster, giving evidence to the Tynwald Justice Committee, was asked about police efforts to get on top of the flow of drugs coming in.
Mr Foster said illegal substances were fetching three times what they would get across the water.
