Devices to be added to Tobacco Products Duty Act from July
Duty will be charged on heat-not-burn tobacco devices from next month.
The Isle of Man Government has announced heated tobacco products will be introduced as a category to the Tobacco Products Duty Act from 1 July.
The battery-powered products are used to heat tobacco, turning it into an aerosol.
The items are similar to e-cigarettes, but this classification excludes e-liquids and vape as they don't typically contain tobacco.
