Chief officer left after release of critical report
The education minister won't be drawn on the circumstances surrounding the departure of his chief executive.
Professor Ronald Barr left the role he held for seven years last week, after the release of a report.
The independent Beaman's review criticised the breakdown in relations between the department and Manx schools.
Dr Allinson says it wasn't about 'singling out individuals', and thanks the former chief executive for his commitment to the role:
'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
