Police are advising those travelling to drive with caution

Emergency services have confirmed the snow has stopped and road conditions are beginning to clear.

Police are asking those travelling to drive with caution as services continue to clear the roads.

Anyone stuck in a vehicle is being told to stay with it and call 687533.

The Ballamodha road has been cleared and is now re-opened.

Roads Policing Unit officers are assessing the Mountain road.  Once this has been completed, the road will be re-opened.
