Locals are offering emergency support to residents affected by severe flooding
A group of local volunteers are currently working together, to provide emergency shelter for residents in Laxey.
The Facebook group 'Manx Weather Watch 2019' has been set up online to help provide emergency care.
Food, clothes and free accommodation are being arranged.
The group's organiser hopes this will prepare them for the "post-clean up."
Hotel Halvard in Douglas is also offering 'urgent need free accommodation.'
