Roles for school leavers and graduates are highly subscribed, says recruiter
Employers are being urged to 'think about the future' when receiving job applications from school leavers and new graduates.
Unemployment on the Isle of Man stands at more than 1,100, almost triple the number of people who were out of work prior to the coronavirus outbreak.
Sally Fenton from recruitment agency Search & Select says having more people looking for work has made it difficult for younger job seekers.
However, she's hoping local businesses will think about the long-term effects:
