£790,000 spent on energy-saving policies
The environment, food and agriculture minister has described government spending on energy saving initiatives in people's homes as a 'win-win'.
Clare Barber brought her department's annual report - on the progress of the Climate Change Transformation Programme - to Tynwald this week.
It showed £790,000 worth of measures have been deployed 'directly to people who need them'.
