Police say they've located the vehicle believed to be involved
Police say enquiries are ongoing and officers have spoken with the occupants of a UK-registered vehicle reported to be cold calling earlier today (3 October).
The Isle of Man Constabulary issued an appeal for information after it received notification of a number of men attempting to sell garden furniture.
The goods were thought to have been stored in a vehicle.
Residents are being urged to report any illegal door-to-door selling or suspicious behaviour.
