Pupils taking exams this week are being warned not to rely on buses to get them to and from school.
That's come from the Department of Education's Head of Legal and Administrative Services John Gill.
The 12-day strike by bus drivers is due to run until Wednesday night.
Mr Gill says parents should make alternative arrangements for their kids, if necessary:
Candidates could need to declare interests to stand in 2026 General Election
Customs and Excise office to relocate
Douglas man convicted in Island's 'most complex child abuse image investigation'
Temporary lights installed on Douglas promenade
