Dermatology services could be transferred to Ramsey
The possibility of specialist dermatology services being moved to Ramsey Cottage Hospital is being discussed.
A Tynwald Committee, examining the background to the transfer of endoscopy facilities to Noble's Hospital, has been told bringing the equipment south would enable more patients to be treated at a quicker rate.
During the session, a claim that the equipment in question was lying inside a cupboard at Nobles was emphatically denied by Health Minister Kate Beecroft and her Chief Executive Malcolm Couch.
