Proposals hope to create 'clear, transparent and locally operated system'
A bill to introduce new extradition laws on the Island has now completed its passage through the Legislative Council.
Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson previously told MHKs the proposals are aiming to establish a clear, transparent and locally operated system to replace external frameworks.
It was deemed necessary ahead of this year's Moneyval assessment.
