‘The Wiggies’ to raise money for Foodbank and Friend’s of Nobles
A father-daughter duo are cycling a 24-hour relay to raise money for two local charities.
Inspired by the likes of fellow fundraiser's Bob Corkish and Gianni Epifanni, Sarah and Alan Wignall - also known as The Wiggies - will put themselves to the test this bank holiday Friday.
The pair are raising funds for the Isle of Man Foodbank and Friend's of Nobles.
Sarah says they can empathise with people who are struggling:
The Wiggies charity 24 hour cycle relay starts on Friday 8th May at 10am.
The challenge will be streamed like on Sarah’s Facebook page and Instagram account ‘Wigfit’.
They'll also be using their Wahoo Indoor Cycling Trainer, meaning anyone who wants to is welcome to help them along the way by finding them under ‘Alan Wignall’ in Zwift.
