Ramsey MHK's concern
Clarity is being sought over changes to public sector housing policy, after concerns some residents could face eviction from their homes.
A consultation is currently underway to change the access and eligibility criteria for local authority homes, based on residents' ages and incomes.
It's coupled with an anticipated 3.1% rent increase in April.
In Tynwald next week, Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will ask the Infrastructure Minister what will happen to a number of tenants who might fall out of the criteria.
