A collection of poetry titled 'A Suggestion of Wrens' is now available to Isle of Man residents to enjoy.
The book was launched this weekend by its author, Annie Kissack, who is the Island's fifth Bard.
Guests were welcomed to the event with a reading by Annie and thereafter listened to other poets, including the eighth Manx Bard, Michael Manning and this year's Manx Litfest winner, Declan.
Annie says making a collection such as this takes months of planning:
Coal tar issue holding up more than 20 DOI projects
MHK frustrated over political 'reluctance' to strengthen penalties for empty homes
Manx Credit Union has advised some MiCard users
Plans for new sheltered housing building in Laxey progressing
