Hopes to have it up and running by 2026
Finding a preferred site for a sewage treatment plant for Laxey and Baldrine has been 'a very challenging process'.
That's from one of the executive directors of Manx Utilities, after the authority earmarked a site in the Axnfell Plantation for the works.
It follows disputes over proposals down at Laxey Harbour, with residents calling for more information about the latest plan.
