45-year-old had cocaine in his system when stopped
A Douglas man has been further disqualified from driving after being caught behind the wheel of a van whilst over the limit for cocaine.
Lee Joseph Bargh, of Falcon Cliff Terrace, was stopped by police on Loch Promenade, in Douglas, on 13 May.
The 45-year-old failed a drug wipe test and was later found to have nearly two times the legal limit for the Class A drug.
Fining him £1,000 magistrates also banned him from the road for a further two years and until he’s taken, and passed, an extended test.
They described his actions as 'foolish'.
