Two firefighters and a member of the public died in the blaze in Bicester
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has paid tribute to their fallen colleagues in Oxfordshire following a fatal fire at a former RAF base.
Two firefighters and a member of the public died in the blaze in Bicester, with two other firefighters sustaining serious injuries.
The former RAF base now hosts Bicester Motion which is home to classic car restoration and engineering businesses.
The London Fire Commissioner Andy Roe has confirmed that one of the deceased firefighters was a leading London firefighter and sub-officer who was on 'retained duty' with the Oxfordshire fire and rescue service (OFRS).
The second firefighter was part of the OFRS.
Bicester Motion said in a statement that "a close friend of the site" also died in the blaze.
Chief Fire Officer Mark Christian confirmed the service's flags are being flown at half-mast in honour of those who tragically lost their lives.
