Officers spent 90 minutes at the scene
Fire crews were called out in the west of the Island following a fire at a farm.
The incident happened yesterday morning in Kirk Michael.
Due to the location of the blaze, officers had difficulties obtaining water supplies, and needed a water bowser to ensure a steady supply.
Firefighters brought the fire under control after an hour, and remained at the scene for a further 30 minutes dampening down hot spots.
