"Resources like this are precious and provide much needed outdoor spaces for our children to learn and thrive", says eastern team

Police are appealing for information after fire damage was caused to the wooden hut within the grounds of Manor Park School in Pulrose.

Officers believe it happened last weekend (4-7 July) but it's unknown how many people are involved.

The Isle of Man Constabulary warns "mindless damage like this renders such facilities unsafe and unable to be used, and may prevent further investment in the future".

Witnesses and those with information which might lead to identifying those responsible are asked to contact headquarters on 631 212.
