
There was what's described as a 'serious' fire at Riverside industrial estate in Douglas, near Pulrose Bridge.
It was reported at around 2.30am.
An exclusion zone has been created around the area.
That's because there is a flammable acetylene tank at a unit there.
The fire brigade was pulled away from the area while the situation was assessed this morning, and remote water units were put in place.
There's a road closure at Pulrose Bridge.
Riverside industrial estate remain closed until further notice.
All bus services will go in and out of Douglas via Quarterbridge.
There will be no service to any stops on Groves Road or Lower Pulrose.
