No members of public put at risk, say police
Specialist Firearm's Officers were deployed to Castletown on Wednesday (14 August) for what police are calling a 'short operation'.
Emergency services were seen in the area of Rheast Barrule shortly after 3pm.
No details of the operation have been released, only police say no members of the public were at risk of being harmed.
The Isle of Man Constabulary says the incident has concluded and has thanked those in the area for their assistance.
