Event to be followed by prize presentation
The first ploughing match of 2025 takes place today (18 January)
The event, organised by the Cronk y Voddy Ploughing Society, gets underway at 10.30am at Cooley’s Lane in Bishop’s Court in Kirk Michael.
It will be followed by a prize presentation, concert and supper at St John’s Methodist Hall at 7.30pm with tickets available on the door; all proceeds go to charity.
A presentation of funds raised during 2024 will be made to the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group.
